Chocolate Bliss Ball recipe

Description
Sweet treats high in protein, fibre and calcium
Ingredients
Instructions

Place the dates, nuts, coconut, sunflower seeds and coconut oil into a high powered blender

Pulse the ingredients until they are roughly chopped

Blend

The ingredients will begin to stick to the sides. Scrape and add vanilla and water

Blend again

Once finely blended pinch between the fingers to see if it sticks together. If it doesn't you will need to blend a little more and add another tablespoon of water

Tip out into a bowl and roll out into small balls about 2.5cm in diameter

Place some coconut in a container and roll the balls individually in the coconut.

Store in the fridge for up to one week. These freeze really well
