Re-Awaken

By the time February arrives, the glow of the New Year has begun to fade. The fireworks are over, routines have returned and life feels much the same as it did before. You may have made resolutions around your health, habits, or mindset. Or maybe you chose not to make any changes at all. Either way – imagine if we all made a simple, meaningful commitment to live our lives with more joy, reconnecting with a part of ourselves that we may have forgotten – our inner child.

It’s easy to lose touch with the part of ourselves that once felt curious, playful, and free.
