Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, sunflower, cinnamon and coconut in the jar and stir.

    You can layer these if you prefer. 500ml jar recommended
  2. Add a teaspoon of maple syrup and pour in the milk. Give a gentle stir to combine

  3. add half of the mango

  4. Top with the greek yoghurt

  5. Finish off with topping the rest of the mango

    Drizzle with the last teaspoon of maple syrup. Sprinkle with nuts if you desire
